New climb "Wallee" 5.10 d/11a

Need help rating on this one had to aid through the crux . Up high on a hill above a large pine tree this crack/corner climb is protected by three pins " gear at the bottom and under the mini roof. You can start from the bottom pin " grainy start but protected by the first pin or you can start to the right above the tree and head to the first pin a little easier. See topo below for approach.
